Inmos merged with STMicroelectronics several years ago, but the company was a very innovative producer of integrated circuits and microprocessors. Famous for its transputers, Inmos will forever hold a place in the history of microelectronics and integrated circuits. The logo above was photographed on the Inmos T9000, one of their high-end transputer microprocessors. |
